1. Our target

We aim for clearairstays.com to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We have not had the site independently audited, and some pages may fall short.

2. Tell us about a barrier

If something on the site is hard or impossible for you to use, email support@clearairstays.com with the page and what happened. We will reply within 5 business days and, where we cannot fix it quickly, help you complete what you were trying to do another way.

3. Homes

Accessibility features of a home, such as step-free entry, are declared by its host and are not inspected by us. Ask the host before you book if a feature matters to you.
