What would I get back if I cancelled today?
Open the trip and it shows the amount, worked out from the host's cancellation policy.
How do I change my dates?
Not in one step yet. Message your host first; then cancel (the trip shows what that refunds) and book the new dates.
Can the host cancel on me?
Yes. When a host cancels a confirmed stay, the host refunds it in full.
When does a refund arrive?
A refund goes back to the card you paid with, from the host's payment account. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
What if the place doesn't match the listing?
Tell the host first, then let us know.
